These terms apply when you use the FAYLOR & CO website or order a piece from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
How ordering works
We don't run an online checkout. Every order starts as a conversation:
- You send an enquiry through our contact form or by email.
- We reply to confirm sizing, fit, price and the made-to-order timeline.
- Your order is confirmed once payment is received and we've sent you a confirmation.
Sending an enquiry doesn't commit you to anything.
Made to order
Pieces are made in small batches after your order is confirmed. We'll give you an estimated timeline before you pay, and we'll keep you updated if anything changes.
Prices
Prices shown on the site are in US dollars and may change. The price we confirm in writing when you order is the price you pay.
Returns and exchanges
Please see Shipping & Returns. Because pieces are made to order, we'll explain the return and exchange options for your specific order when we confirm it.

FAYLOR & CO designs, logos, text and photography on this site belong to FAYLOR & CO or are used with permission, and may not be copied for commercial use without our written consent.
