What we collect
We only collect what you choose to share with us. When you send an enquiry or email us, we receive:
- Your name and email address
- The piece you're interested in and any message you write
- Details needed to complete an order, such as sizing and delivery address
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and confirm sizing, fit and made-to-order timelines
- To prepare and deliver your order
- To send updates only if you've asked to receive them
We never sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only when it's needed to serve you: our website host (Netlify, which processes form submissions), payment providers and delivery partners, each only for the purpose of completing your order.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and order details only as long as we need them to look after your order and meet our legal and accounting obligations, and then we delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Email hello@faylorco.com and we'll respond promptly.
Cookies
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and images from third-party image hosts, which may receive basic technical information such as your IP address when a page loads.
